A "special procedure" that leaves nothing to chance, not even the slightest biological trace.
In recent hours, there has been much discussion about the mystery of the container of feces that Vladimir Putin's bodyguards took with them to the recent summit in Alaska with US President Donald Trump, where an end to the war in Ukraine was discussed.
The Tsar appeared to be in good health, but speculation about his health continues to circulate relentlessly.
According to security regulations in Moscow, Putin never goes to the bathroom alone, and above all, he has an attaché, one of his most trusted staff members, who is tasked with collecting and bringing back to Russia any biological traces of the leader.
The goal?
To prevent foreign powers from obtaining information on the well-being of the Russian president through the analysis of his organic matter.
As pointed out by The Express Us, the procedure took place several years ago. Journalists Regis Gente and Mikhail Rubin revealed that the Federal Protective Service is responsible for collecting Putin's feces.
Regis Gente is an author who has written two books on Russia, while Mikhail Rubin has covered Russia for more than ten years.
The pair have revealed that this practice of Putin collecting waste has been practiced for years, such as during Putin's visit to France in May 2017.
But that's not all. Former BBC journalist Farida Rustamova also reported that such measures existed, citing Putin's visit to Vienna when he had his own private bathroom, which included a portable toilet.
Waste is collected in special bags, which are then kept in a dedicated bag.
Naturally, rumors about Putin's health have multiplied. The 72-year-old Russian president has been the center of several rumors in recent years, from cancer to Parkinson's disease to heart problems.
During a press conference in Astana, Kazakhstan, last November, concerns were raised about his health after he appeared to be moving his legs unexpectedly. Dr. Bob Berookhim said it could be a neurological condition, such as Parkinson's disease.
Putin was also seen shaking in his chair during a meeting with Belarusian President Alexandar Lukashenko in 2023. A year earlier, the Kremlin had to try to quell rumors spread by the General SVR Telegram channel, claiming that Putin had been contaminated after falling down the stairs.
Other claims detailed a suspected cardiac arrest, during which the Russian leader had to be rushed to an intensive care center at his official residence.
These pathologies have never been confirmed by the Kremlin and have also been denied by many Western experts, including officials from the CIA and MI6.
There have also been conspiracy theories about the existence of similarities, which have also never been confirmed despite investigations that have relied heavily on facial and voice recognition software.
Ahead of last week's meeting between the US and Russian leaders, President Trump said he would like Putin to meet with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.
He told reporters: "I would like to do it almost immediately and we will have a quick second meeting between President Putin, President Zelensky and myself, if they wish to have me there." /Adapted from Express/
