Tehran accuses US and Israel of attack; authorities say facility not damaged
Iran says the United States and Israel carried out an attack near the Bushehr nuclear power plant on Tuesday evening, according to state news agency IRNA.
The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran announces that, based on initial reports, the attack did not cause technical damage to the plant or any human casualties.
Iranian authorities did not provide further details on the nature of the attack or the intended targets. The claims have not been independently confirmed by other international sources.
