The Serbian foreign minister and candidate for prime minister in the December 17 election says the socialist party he leads will implement Milosevic's ideas for the Serbian nation.
In an electoral meeting, Dacic glorified the dictator Slobodan Milosevic, known as the butcher of the Balkans, as the defender of the Serbian people.
"Slobodan Milosevic expanded the Serbian nation and created a patriotic movement, and therefore his grandson Marko, who is running with our party, will go forward with the same ideas as his grandfather. It is a pleasure that the Serbian Socialist Party has many young people who share these ideas in these difficult times", declared Dačič.
The Foreign Minister, whose party is in coalition with the party of Aleksandar Vucic, declared that Serbia will once again celebrate the victory in Gazismeta in Kosovo and that the Serbs will never give up what is part of them.
"We have said no to the recognition of Kosovo, no to its entry into the United Nations, no to Serbia's entry into NATO and we have not accepted the imposition of sanctions against Russia. We will not give up even the Republika Srpska... We will celebrate the Battle of Kosovo again in Gazimestan", said Dačič.
During the electoral campaign, Dacic, who has held high positions in the Serbian state for the past 15 years, has taken the toughest stances on Kosovo. Although it appreciated the figure of Milosevic, the international community did not react to Dacic's statements.
