Massacre in Ecuador / The criminal group messes up the house, tragically executes four minors

Four young brothers were killed yesterday evening after gunmen stormed a family's home in crime-ridden Ecuador's biggest port, Guayaquil.

Police said three children, aged 3, 5 and 7, and a five-month-old baby were killed in the attack.

Their parents were injured, while their mother is in hospital in critical condition.

The gunmen attacked the wrong house. The police suspect that the perpetrators of the attack targeted a "neighboring house", in which explosives were later found, linked to a criminal gang.
