Marina and Pier Silvio, the children from Berlusconi's first marriage, are the biggest beneficiaries of the shares in the company "Fininvest", where together they reach 53% of the shares.
While the rest is divided equally among the other children from the second marriage Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi. The two children from the first marriage also own 60% of the other properties. None of the children will have sole control of the company previously held by Berlusconi himself.
Marina and Pier Silvio have been directly involved in the management of Berlusconi's companies immediately after their father entered politics in the early 1990s. The eldest daughter, who runs "Fininvest", has also managed the publishing house "Mondadori", while Pier Silvio was in charge of "Mediaset" television. Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi, the children Berlusconi had with his second wife, have not had any executive role and a high profile in the management of their father's businesses.
An inheritance of 100 million Euros goes to his wife Marta Fascina and his brother, Paolo Berlusconi. The former president has also been generous with his advisor, Marcello Dell'Utri, to whom he left a legacy of 30 million Euros.
