The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has done his usual drama saying that he "doesn't sleep at night" thinking about how to make Serbia the winner.

This statement comes before the meeting in Belgrade with the five European emissaries who met Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Pristina this morning.

"This will probably be one of the most difficult days for me, the most difficult for Serbia. My meeting with the five starts in an hour.

I don't sleep at night because of this, I don't know if I should scream in pain or cry. All I can tell you in the end is that yes, we will look for a way and we will manage to save Serbia and do not give it to anyone as a gift", said the head of the Serbian state, reports Danas.

This meeting of Vučić with the Western emissaries comes after the September 24 attack in Banjska, which according to emcee Miroslav Lajcak, has changed things a lot.

Meanwhile, the EU's Special Representative for Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has stated that the return to dialogue is urgent and the only way to prevent the recurrence of terrorist events in the north. He said that they asked Kurt to implement the agreements as the only way to the EU, a request that they will also make to Belgrade.
He expressed his condolences for the policeman killed on September 24 in the north of the country, saying that the EU and NATO are very engaged in the investigation of facts and he believes that there will be information very soon.

According to him, the attack in Banjska has changed everything.

"Dialogue is more urgent than ever. We have a plan, I can't go into details, but dialogue has no alternative. De-escalation and elections in the north must be organized. If there is no dialogue there may be repetition of cases. Neither we nor you want this," he said.

Lajçak was also asked about non-constructiveness in the dialogue, for which he was accused by Kurti.
"I support the European Union, we have focused on the substance", he said.
