The entire Middle East seems to be engulfed in uncertainty, as the Iranians have responded to the American-Israeli attacks by striking the Gulf Arab states where US military bases are also installed.
Iran's Revolutionary Guard has said that all American bases, resources and interests in the region are considered legitimate targets for the Iranian military.
The Guard said it had struck Israeli and American bases with Iranian missiles and its retaliatory operation would continue until its enemy was "finally defeated."
Kuwait has stated that it reserves the right to defend itself following Iranian attacks, according to a response from the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry.
Bahrain's National Communications Center says the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet service center "was hit by a missile attack," according to a statement quoted by the state-run Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
"More details will be provided in due course," she added, without attributing the attack to any country.
"The public is encouraged to follow the instructions issued by the relevant official authorities and obtain information themselves from official sources," the announcement says.
Meanwhile, the Iranian governor says at least 24 people were killed in the Israeli attack on a school in Minab in the south of the country. The governor's claim was reported by Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency.
