The head of the Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, has urged NATO members to quickly send more military aid to Ukraine, to avoid the "grave historical mistake" of a Russian victory on the battlefield.
According to foreign media, the general secretary of the alliance said that the Ukrainians are not running out of courage, they are running out of ammunition.
" Together we have the capacity to provide Ukraine with what it needs. We need to show the political will to do this. NATO countries must dig deep and get there fast as delays will lead to real consequences on the battlefield. This is a critical moment. It will be a grave historical mistake to allow Putin to prevail ," Stoltenberg said as he delivered the 2023 annual report.
We recall that since February 24 two years ago, after the start of Russia's unjustified aggression against its western neighbor, thousands of people have lost their lives, civilians and soldiers.
