SPAK is not touching the assets of the "Xhafaj" family even now that it has free hands, and not anymore when the parliamentary commission led by Fatmiri starts pressing for his capture...
It is absurd to think that Fatmir Xhafaj will lead the special parliamentary committee "Government and implementation of the anti-corruption law"; with which, the dome of power, will blackmail, paralyze and take control of SPAK, GJKKO and all justice institutions.
According to the decriminalization law, Fatmir Xhafaj should not even be a deputy, because he was a former investigator of the dictatorship, while his brother Geron Xhafaj alias Agron Xhafaj, was sentenced to prison in Italy, as the head of a structured international trafficking group drugs.
But Prime Minister Edi Rama, through SP deputies, appointed Fatmir Xhafajn as chairman of the commission that will monitor and supposedly reform the new justice institutions, while in 2016 he appointed him as chairman of the reform in Justice and then Minister of the Interior.
According to the statements of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafajt, and according to the factual program of the parliamentary committee, this committee will monitor the SPAK for supposedly increasing the effectiveness of their work, but will actually blackmail it and interfere with the Constitution and the Criminal Code.
Logically, even if the "Xhafaj" parliamentary commission does not aim to paralyze and take hostage SPAK, the Special Court and justice institutions, Fatmiri as chairman or even a member of the commission, is in an open conflict of interest.
Because he is subject to the Anti-mafia law, since his brother, Agron Xhafaj, is sentenced to prison for international drug trafficking.
So, Fatmir Xhafaj is leading the commission and the experts, who will check, evaluate and make decisions about the work of Altin Dumani and the SPAK prosecutors; who, according to the Anti-Mafia law, the trafficker brother, Fatmir and his family members are subject to property investigation.
Will Fatmir Xhafaj allow his property, his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, brother-in-law and brother, Agron, Alban and their family members to be investigated and seized?
Until now, SPAK has not started a property investigation for the trafficker Agron Xhafaj, nor for the MP Fatmir Xhafaj; no action, which is being rumored as intervention and influence of Fatmir himself on the segments within SPAK.
Even because of this influence, the trafficker brother Agron Xhafaj was not even included in the list of the OFL, although the Italian justice had sent the prison sentence file and the request for his arrest as a wanted person.
