The Governor of the State Bank, Gent Sejko, who is personally and familially involved in the structured criminal group of micro-loans, has made a stunt to escape the confrontation with the investigation launched by SPAK against him, his brother-in-law's wife and some subordinates .
With Letter No. 2118, dated April 15, 2024, Governor Gent Sejko, information was requested regarding the licensing and activity of the "Micro Credit Albania" agency, as part of the investigation into the crime of fraud and theft of thousands of citizens through fake loans.
Although the information was requested from Gent Sejko, this, with Letter No. 1738, dated April 19, 2024, sent information to SPAK, through the Second Deputy Governor, Natasha Mehmetaj, to create the opinion that he allegedly has no knowledge and competence for the crime of micro-loans.
But according to the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, which has already passed to SPAK, it turns out that the governor Gent Sejko, his wife Elona Sejko (Gjipali) and her brother Elton Gjipali, are fully involved in the criminal activity of the "Micro Credit Albania" agency, which is licensed, permitted and protected by it.
After the incomplete and false information he sent to SPAK, the governor Gent Sejko has been asked for pre-investigative cooperation, as the head of the institution that has direct competence and responsibility for licensing, supervision and measures against micro-credit agencies.
But the governor, Gent Sejko, has again avoided written and informative communication with SPAK, inventing and using an intimidating stunt against SPAK, to escape suspension from duty and investigation.
He has authorized subordinate Gladiola Kraja, for communication with SPAK, to draft, clarify and send the administrative information that is required in advance by SPAK, regarding the actions and non-actions of the State Bank, regarding the criminal activity of the "Micro Credit Alabania" agency. and the network run by it.
We specify that Gladiola Kraja is the wife of the former head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, with the position of Head of Sector at the State Bank for the financial operations of micro-credit agencies with a monthly salary of 2.5 million ALL.
Therefore, Governor Gentian Sejko authorized Arben Kraja's wife as a contact person with SPAK, knowing that she also has administrative and criminal responsibility in the crime of micro-loans, if not as involved, as an enabler of their activity.
So, Gent Sejko and those with whom he created the mafia pyramid of micro-loans, including his family members, invented the trick of using the wife of the former head of SPAK.
