"Pamphlet" has often denounced with evidence, the connection between Endri Meks, the son of the former prime minister of the pyramid firms and Olsi Rama, the brother of the PPP prime minister, oligarchs and strategic investors, in dirty business partnerships with the Chinese, Koreans, PPP of taxes and bets.
This connection with Olsin has created for Endri Meks, the opportunity to be included in the "pot" of construction permits and state tenders, through his companies, founded after Edi Rama came to power and the permission of "TV-MCN" and 10 his firms, to clean millions of Euros and hide the income with false balances.
But Endri Meksi has entered the tenders of the strategic services of national security, where the data of Albanian citizens and foreign citizens who are provided with biometric documents for temporary and permanent residence permits are collected, processed and administered.
According to the announcement dated May 13, 2024, made by the state company "IdentTitek", which produces and distributes passports and "ID" cards, the firm "MC Networking Sh.pk" has received the tender for the object "Service for the transmission of data between the office central and application offices in the districts".
The value of this tender is 140 million ALL, while the term of the service contract for the transfer of passport data and biometric cards of citizens will be until May 30, 2025, or 1 month after the parliamentary elections.
Even if this access of Endri Meks, Olsi Rama's partner; to the personal data of citizens' passports and biometric cards, there is no connection with any scenario of manipulation in the 2025 parliamentary elections; giving access to this secret service of the Police and the Ministry of the Interior is the same as the "Tims" system scandal in the State Police Directorate.
Because businessman Endri Aleksandër Dhurata Meksi does not have a security certificate to receive this secret state service, where even businesses that receive tenders or are called as experts must have a clean record.
According to the information that "Pamphlet" has, Endri Meksi is filed by anti-crime, as a contingent with dark activity inside and outside Albania; but since he is a partner with Olsi Rama, he was given access to the biometric data of citizens until after the 2025 elections, when Babloku has sworn to take the fourth term of power./ Pamphlet
