SPAK is examining the documents and has asked other people. This file is a litmus test for the prosecutors, who must show courage and strength. It is about a bunch of murders that happened and Berisha is the main accused.
Another file that worries Berisha is undoubtedly the one with the "Partizani" complex. A year ago, SPAK launched vigorous investigations, after many people were questioned, including former ministers and soldiers. It was said that Berisha would also be questioned, but the prosecutor in charge of the case did not dare to call him. For 3 years this file has remained there and there is no development.
