Yesterday, the Chamber of Advocacy revoked the lawyer's license for 3 months after defrauding a citizen.
For reasons of confidentiality, we are not publishing the name, but it is about a pensioner, who requested the help of a lawyer after IKMT accused him of building without a permit. " Pamphlet " spoke to the elderly man, who said that he plastered and installed the windows of the apartment without a permit, and for this they accused him of building without a permit.
Seeing that he appeared in the media and on a show, the elderly man approached Beqiri to agree with him as a lawyer. He asked for 3 million ALL in return. The old man went into debt and gave him 2 million ALL. After taking the money, he stopped answering. The old man himself says that he made excuses from time to time.
" I have been accused of building without a permit, I put some windows and plastered. Two trials were held and he did not come. He brought me a letter from the Enforcement, telling me I closed that job. He asked me for 3 million lek. I went into debt and gave him 2 mln. He took my money and I could not meet him. I used to call him and tell him where you are, he said no I'm in Gjirokastër, no I'm in Elbasan. He has been bringing me around for 5 years. I said give me my money back. He said I will give it for 3 months. It dragged me, it disappeared. In October, I went to the People's Advocate. It didn't come. He said no, I'm coming from Rinas, I'm stuck in traffic. I told him you are a fraud. Even yesterday he did not come by himself, he brought a guard who keeps at the gate. Now, out of 2 million, the Chamber of Advocates asked him to return 400,000. But I won't leave it at that ," the old man tells " Pamphlet ".
" Pamphlet " has denounced several times that Idajet Beqiri is a fraud and a failure in his profession, so that he has not won any court proceedings, not even in civil cases without an opposing party.
Until now, the "lawyer" has not even won the criminal and civil trials, which he opened himself against relatives, colleagues, institutions and journalists, because he is so "full" in Jurisprudence that even his family members get lawyers for the cases they have .
But not that much. Idajet Beqiri was arrested in Kosovo on May 24, 2012, after the international search by the Belgian Justice, as sentenced to 4 years in prison and filed by the FBI and DEA, for fraud with Western visas and drug trafficking and smuggling activity with several " strong" from Tepelena, Vlora, Mallakastra and Fieri.
In order to escape arrest in Albania, in October 1998 he fled to Belgium, where he presented himself with a false passport as a KLA war commander with the rank and name of "Colonel Ilir Duraku".
There he began the activity of arms trafficking and drug trade based in the Namur region of Belgium and with groups in Switzerland and the Netherlands, when he created his criminal organization, allegedly the movement: "Albanian United National Front".
With the logo of this organization, he gathered Albanians from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, all exponents of the world of crime, among them his son-in-law Arjent Mus Lita from Dibra.
The activity of the organization led by Idajet Beqiri was labeled a "terrorist organization" by EUROPOL, EUROJUST, the FBI and the American DEA, and through a file with concrete evidence in 2,800 pages found in folders and computers, he was sentenced to 4 years in prison by the justice of Belgium.
But his arrest could not be carried out, because with another fake Albanian passport named "Hidajet Riza Kuta", he escaped to Konstanz, Germany.
There he started using the other fake Kosovar name "Nisret Man Ferizaj", showing a fake medal of honor with NATO logo, 1 certificate, 5 decorations of the KLA and 1 authorization as if it was loaded by the central command of the KLA, for collection of donations for the war, but after the denunciations, the tracking and verification was handcuffed. Then it was brought to Albania.
After the end of the prison in Albania, sentenced to 3 years in two court cases, on June 3, 2010, the Belgian justice re-sentenced Idajet Beqiri to 4 years in prison, asking the Albanian Justice to extradite him, but he escaped to Kosovo, where he stayed almost 2 years hidden under 3 false names. On May 24, 2012, Idayeti was arrested in Prizren on behalf of Belgian justice, but after 40 days in prison, instead of being extradited to Belgium, he was deported to Albania, while in Belgium, in addition to the removal of citizenship, the 2-time sentence from 4 years in prison.
