The news of "Pamphlet" leaves Edi Rama's ministers sleepless...

The news from " Pamphlet " the day before that a minister is under investigation has caused an earthquake in the ranks of the majority.

While most thought that with the victory of May 11, the majority would be untouchable, the Prime Minister's stances in recent days actually show that the troubles with justice will continue.

Pamphlet ” provided a statement from SPAK, confirming that a minister is under investigation. Based on the law on the right to information, SPAK publishes on its official website every month all questions addressed to the institution, along with the answers. A recent question was: “How many ministers are currently under investigation?” and SPAK’s response is: “It turns out that 1 (one) minister is under investigation.”

According to sources, the news has disturbed the comfort of many people in the government and close to Edi Rama, prompting people to seek more details about which minister SPAK has opened investigations against.

To camouflage SPAK's strong announcement, the theory began to circulate in government-affiliated media that there was no minister under investigation, but that it was Arben Ahmetaj.

Since 2022, Arben Ahmetaj is no longer part of the government. In July 2022, he left the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Reconstruction. Meanwhile, SPAK's question and answer are very clear: it is about a minister of the current government and the sun is not covered with a sieve. Ahmetaj is a former minister and SPAK does not say "former", but "minister".

The question that arises is: Who risks the handcuffs? Rama, when he made the latest changes in the government, was careful to remove the ministers that SPAK threatened, such as Frida Krifca, Olta Xhaçka, etc. But it seems that SPAK is not divided. Among the current names, there are some that the opposition has sued, while there may also be open investigations. We have to wait and see if SPAK will dare to hit a serving minister, since so far it has only gone to former ministers. /Pamphlet
