After the protest failed, the Gjoni-Nikollaj duo returned to the miners to sell them legal services, while Kola's fake union is not recognized by either the ministry or the company...
The day the Spaç miners stopped the protest and demanded dialogue with the company “Tete Albania”, the DP deputy, Gjin Gjoni, appeared with a megaphone to make empty promises and to lead them towards the judicial path. Two days later, through Kolët Nikollaj, the collection of money for “lawyer services” at his firm “G&G Law Firm” began, although the legal process is impossible without a union contract and without the documents that Nikollaj does not possess. Gjoni’s offices, created after avoiding vetting, clearly show the goal: financial gain on the workers’ troubles. In the background lies an old scheme, where two discredited figures recycle the frauds on the workers to extract new benefits.
The day that 70 Spaç employees stopped their protest and demanded dialogue with the leaders of the Turkish company "Tete Albania", the DP deputy, Gjin Gjoni, appeared outside the office fence with a megaphone in his hand, accompanied by the rascal Kolë Nikollaj of the crumbling union confederation.
After raising several slogans against the company and making numerous promises on behalf of himself and the DP, Gjin Gjoni proposed to the Spaç miners that they start the legal path, telling them that he would support them with legal assistance and advocacy services, for a sure victory.
Two days after the protest ended, Gjin Gjoni, through Kola, began movements to extort money from the miners as payment for legal services, encouraging them to file a lawsuit in court, with the deception that they would win what they were seeking.
It is no coincidence that the Kola of the Ruinous Confederation and the Orgy Center has been offered legal representation by the law firm "G&G LAW FIRM" of MP Gjin Gjoni, for which he is licensed as a lawyer.
But Kola of the Confederation and Gjin Gjoni are not telling the miners the truth. According to the law, as legal evidence in the legal proceedings of employees against employers, the court decision establishing the union, the first-level labor contract with the line ministry and the second-level labor contract between the union and the company "Tete Albania" must be presented. Kolë Nikollaj does not have these.
The ministry does not recognize him as a social partner, and consequently neither does the company in the Spaç mine. That is why the Turkish leaders expelled him and did not accept him for talks. In addition, Kolë Nikollaj previously offered a financial bargain to not incite the miners' protest.
Meanwhile, Gjin Gjoni, through the scoundrel Kolë Nikollaj, is telling the miners: "Open a lawsuit with my legal office G&G LAW FIRM so that you can win your claims," making it clear that he intends to take money from them as a lawyer and will not care if they lose the trial.
This law office, with an address at the Twin Towers in Tirana, was opened by poplar Gjin Gjoni on October 19, 2020, two weeks after leaving the judiciary, avoiding vetting due to illegal assets worth millions of euros, obtained through the sale of court decisions and connections with criminals.

On September 12, 2025, after becoming an MP, Gjin Gjoni formally sold 49 percent of the shares for 49 thousand lek to Franci Nuri, head of the Justice Department in the Democratic Party. But on the same day, in order to avoid a conflict of interest, he appointed Altina Rogozhina as a trustee for 51 percent of his shares. The same lady also holds the shares of the “Duty Free Shops Rinas” company.
We would like to clarify that the 50 percent partner in this company was the German citizen Werner Mehlber, while his wife Elona Mehlber (Çaushi) had the 50 percent. After the divorce and the affair with Gjin Gjoni, the German's shares ended up with the DP MP, the famous Gjin Gjoni./ Pamphlet
