70 miners joined a fake protest instigated for personal interests, while the duo Kolë Nikollaj and Gjin Gjoni are linked by wealth, corruption and union blackmail.
Col. Nikollaj organized a fake protest in Spaç to extort money from the company "Tete Albania", deceiving the miners into abandoning their work. The scenario failed and the workers understood the manipulation, while Nikollaj and Gjin Gjoni continue the provocations outside the company gate. The two figures known for unjustified wealth, forgery and corruption seek to hold the workers hostage, while their files await investigation by SPAK.
The head of the Trade Union Confederation, Kol Nikollaj, encouraged the Spaç miners to protest, as pressure to expose them to the Turkish company “Tete Albania”, tricking them into abandoning their work. But the scenario and the protest failed and he left the 70 miners at a crossroads.
The miners stopped the protest when they realized that Colonel Nikollaj had abused them, and they turned to the company to address their demands through dialogue, as stipulated by the law on employer-employee relations.
But even after the protest ended, Kola appeared outside the company's fence, "barking" with a megaphone along with the corrupt former judge and DP MP, Gjin Gjoni, to urge the miners not to start work and to wander through the courts, thus leaving their families without bread for their own interests.
SPAK's silence towards Kol Nikolla who stole the union's assets and Gjin Gjoni who sold court decisions.
There are still some miners in Spac who believe the deceptions of the two "monsters", Kol Nikollaj and Gjin Gjoni, who have created vast wealth and luxurious lives for their families, and do not "burn their bellies" for the workers' troubles.
The fact that Colonel Nikollaj had taken Gjin Gjon with him, to continue manipulating the miners and to turn them against the "Tete Albania" company, is concrete proof that this villain of the union, for personal interests, has fled from the lap of Edi Rama where he stayed for 12 years for benefits, and has sat in the lap of Sali Berisha.
It is widely known that Colonel Nikollaj has become wealthy by selling union assets, selling visas until liberalization, making jobs for money through bargaining with state leaders, and extorting millions of lek, cars, construction materials, and household appliances from private companies, in exchange for not initiating or suppressing worker protests.
The "monster" of the unions, Kol Nikollaj, and the "monster" of the old justice system, Gjin Gjoni, who this time are abusing the Spaç miners to block work, are the two billionaire thieves who should be investigated by SPAK.
With the stolen millions, Kola bought 3 houses in Tirana and the coast for his "unionist" lover,
the wealthy Kol Nikollaj, whose income from rental contracts and the sale of 25 union properties, by falsifying documents in collaboration with the defendant notary Majlinda Demollari, must be investigated. His assets, apartments, villa, local, and the source of financing for his two private HPPs "Bushi-1" and "Bushi-2" in Mirdita must also be investigated.
The source of financing for a 180 m² apartment in Tirana and two apartments in Lalz and Himara, which Kola Nikollaj bought and donated to his lover, whom he also takes with him to activities outside Albania, where he presents her as a "trade unionist", should also be investigated./ Pamphlet
