" I am at SPAK for a denunciation that I made, that I refused to remain silent regarding the robbery of public property in Tirana. It is a building built in 2006 and the builder, instead of legalizing the buildings, occupied a property and legalized it illegally. This occupier has also occupied our public gardens and uses them for private parking. We, as residents, submitted a report to SPAK. We have filed complaints. This land used to be land with an owner. Since we made these complaints, we also turned to the Cadastre. The Cadastre itself took a decision, canceled the legalization ," Dogjani said today.

Citizen Behari shows through the evidence how in the period 2010-2011 the MP, Luan Baçi, through his wife, made an investment worth 783 thousand euros in cash in a tourist complex in Vlora. Citizen Behari claims that deputy Baçi does not declare this investment, as he is afraid of a property investigation by SPAK.

The scope of the investigation includes the investigation and verification of all financial transactions on behalf of him, his wife and two children. The investigation extends to the entire banking system of Albania and all the notary offices of the country, to see and verify the sales, purchases of properties or other agreements between him or his family members with third parties.
