It's not a deal, it's a BARGAIN!
Edi Rama and Giorgia Meloni /

Those summer walks of Rama with Meloni had a purpose: bargains were made with the Albanian land and very soon other surprises are expected from the Prime Minister, who has other "free" agreements ready for the neighbors...

Even though he got confused with his own words and could not clarify the hot spots anyway, Edi Rama betrayed himself and the agreement signed with Melon for African refugees. With the same cynicism with which he responds to everything, Edi Rama revealed two important problems in an interview given on one of the televisions that makes him fresh from morning to dinner.
Rama "clarified" that the territory near the Gjadri military zone in Lezhë will be administered by the Italian state. They will be the ones who will administer the territory, the camp with all 3000 immigrants who are expected to come there every month. This is where the first clue lies. We owe it to Italy, and that's true, but does that justify Bablok's decision to violate the Constitution by giving territory with full rights over it to Italy?
This agreement, which Rama kept secret until the last moment, with the laws of the Albanian state, had to go through other links until ratification, and these links, for sure, are not the Prime Minister's people.
Another thing that Bablok was told to spit in his mouth and could not give direction to is the issue of procedures, deadlines and the time that the refugees will spend in Albania. Rama said that Italian legislation provides that the decision to accept or not an asylum request is made within 28 days. But, as he added, experience says that these are procedures that last. So, the first 3,000 asylum seekers will come to us, but neither Rama, nor Meloni, nor the agreement, the face of which has yet to be seen, can say how long they will stay. Meanwhile, according to Rama's explanations, the destination of the asylum seekers is known.
"They want the north of Europe," said Rama. "If we set them free, we know they will look for ways to get there." But what will be the conditions of the camp and how kind is Albania to respect them. A country that has illegal immigration as its headline, when rafts with Albanians cross the English Channel 3 times a day, how much is it able to protect Africans who are thirsty, as much or more than us, for a better life?
Rama could not answer this.
Neither this nor the question that arises, how much will this camp with asylum seekers from Africa stimulate corruption among us, that is, among the Albanian police and surveillance forces, but also human trafficking itself?
Rama makes a tail of this, like what he knows how to do best.
And besides that, even though it is known that Rama's goal is not to pay off Albania's moral debts to Italy, but to play the role of hero and exponent Prime Minister in the Balkans before the Europeans, there is another secret that Babloku does not state publicly.
This agreement with Italy is not so badihava. Italy will pay 100 million euros per year to Albania for the land that Rama gave, violating the country's territorial sovereignty. Those summer walks of Rama with Meloni had a purpose: bargains were made with the Albanian land and very soon other surprises are expected from the Prime Minister, who has other "free" agreements ready for the neighbors.
Because Edi Rama has no intention of selling Albania. It is enough to ensure a few glorious days, according to him, more in power./ Pamphlet
