Let the Devolli brothers become entrepreneurs of Kosovo and not of "Djakovica", and then sell themselves as victims.
A few years ago, on the streets of Kosovo, we saw a scandal of the proportions of oligarchic countries. The Devolli brothers, who are among the most arrogant residents of Kosovo, published giant posters on the streets and highways, mocking the journalist Berat Buzhala as a donkey, and the editor-in-chief of "Kosova Sot", Margarita Kadriu, as a cow.
In any democratic country, those who write and finance these posters would be prosecuted for attacking individuals and media freedom, and the subject would be administratively punished by the institutions. But in reality, the Devils suffered nothing. After that fore, they bought one of the national televisions of the media market - Klan Kosovan.
The Devils did not have a single thorn in their side for this great scandal, because they had Hashim Thaçin as a friend. Not even a friend, but more than that. They were his oligarchs. They took tenders, were used to finance the campaign, and even to divide the opposition, as they did with the faction that wanted to take the post from Albin Kurti.
The Devolls are entrepreneurs dealing mainly with primary food commodities for humans and animals. They get almost most of their raw materials and business from Serbia.
In a word, of course, like many other entrepreneurs of Kosovo, they are good clients of Serbia in the economy. So far it is their choice, but at the moment they are legally registered in Macedonia as a commercial entity that exports and imports to Serbia, and are registered as a legal entity of a location that Serbia recognizes as its own, there is no problem here but it's a scandal.
Serbia does not recognize Kosovo and does not allow its businesses to have a subsidiary of the Republic of Kosovo. In addition to the Devolls, there are also other businessmen who are registered as Kosovo i Metohija, i.e. as part of Serbia, as well as many citizens of Kosovo who have the passports of the Republic of Serbia.
But such a legal entity, which is registered as a legal entity not of the Republic of Kosovo but of the province of Kosovo and Metohija, has no morals to open and finance national media in the independent Republic of Kosovo. If Klan Kosova wants to continue its activity in this Republic, it must be its commercial and legal subject, otherwise call the TV channel as a subsidiary or media of Serbia.
For the Devolls, it is enough to change the commercial establishment document and take it to court. But they don't do that because Serbia doesn't accept them as clients and doesn't allow them to do business.
Yes ani, haven't they done enough till today. Let the Devolli brothers become entrepreneurs of Kosovo and not of "Djakovica", and then sell themselves as victims.
In reality, they are victims, but of their bosses in Belgrade, from Vulini and Vucic, but not of the Republic of Kosovo. Because they don't even deserve to be registered in the country they live in./ Pamphlet
