Why is politics scared by SPAK's transversal action?
All the stories that are told with pathos and pathos by the heroes of the screens, are nothing but a well-known chronicle of this country.
Just seeing the gruesome footage with baseball bats filmed by MP Rraja's family members makes you realize what all these groups were.
All these criminal groups have been, and maybe they can produce others, as they have existed for years and years. Groups dealing with fines, territory protection, smuggling, drug trafficking, human trafficking, pimping prostitutes, etc., etc.
But in the last 15-20 years, these criminal groups have turned into monsters circulating endless money, terrorizing entire communities, because they aligned themselves with the armed wing of politics.
In the 90s, they were called for "small jobs", then they approached the Guard groups, to traffic girls from the East in the late 90s, having the law enforcement card in their pocket.
Later, they became powerful people in the territory, as they recruited endless soldiers in the many traffics in Europe. Soldiers who had families, relatives, but also invested in the homeland.
Besides having fun in the red-and-black t-shirts, these stalwarts got a big offer from politics. To become partners in obtaining a deputy mandate in their territories. Where it was easy to get a vote in the community. This is how the islands of Lezha, Nikla, Shijak and Rrashbulli were created.
All this was done for a total of three parliamentary mandates: one in Lezhë district and two in Durrës district. For these three mandates of the deputy, in all these years there was a ruckus about the strengthening of crime, which then blackmailed politics to take everything in their hands.
According to the current electoral system, the distribution of the deputies' mandates was almost known, since the parties knew their percentages.
The fight went to the border deputies. So, if a party took half of the deputies themselves, the rest were provided by "Skifterat".
In 2009, it was Sali Berisha's PD that got the 4th deputy in Lezhë, the 6th deputy in Fier, two plus deputies in Durrës district, i.e. one in Shijak, one in Nikël, and one in Elbasan.
In 2013, Edi Rama gave the shoulder pads of the candidate for deputy to Arben Noka, who received the 4th deputy in Lezhë, made Rrajat e Nikla and Abdylaj e Shijaku generals, which were given to the two deputies from Durrës.
Meanwhile, in Shkodër, Tom Doshi and Mark Frokun took the 5th deputy in the district. This is how the urban legend was created that the Parliament can be won even without the need of the voters, i.e. the people. In truth, it was all a blown balloon. After all the villains together could not even get 12 thousand votes enough for a deputy. But the game was that they pressured or increased the margin to the limit of the share that the parties had secured.
And this led to the extreme strengthening of crime that took over the state. The Assembly was not enough for them, as they could not succeed there, they wanted the police, taxes, cadastres, etc.
Yes, the drama is that if Edi Rama made this pact, Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta also got involved. Who continued to search for rivals of these groups to find power in the territory. All this brought chaos. Politicians did not make this pact for political interest. But it's all behind the scenes: money! As with the strong, they could take the cash that the gangsters simply managed. Undoubtedly, the management of these idiots is difficult as they increase the commission day by day. But when the throughput increases, the profit increases even more.
All this is a business where criminal groups have never been comfortable, even though they have gained money, fame and power. This power has never been theirs, but of politics. That's why SPAK's action burned down, because they have to find new groups. Who, among others, are smarter and can play with two gates./ Pamphlet
