Is this right still earned?
Even if you remove from the list Sali Berisha, or Ilir Meta, or Albin Kurti or Artan Grubi and Enver Bexheti..., it still takes time to clean up our nation.
As we boasted a while ago that 'we have three prime ministers in the Balkans', now the opposite horror appeared that 'three states in the Balkans are covered by Albanian monsters of corruption'. Today, the big corrupt are murderers, criminals, and underminers of democracy.
We are ashamed, if we want to look and understand.
In three countries (Albania, Macedonia and Kosovo) the sharks of corruption are Albanians who have ascended to power with arms like the cranes of Albanian slaves. Here in Tirana there are two prime ministers, two presidents, a deputy prime minister. In Kosovo, there is a prime minister who had declared himself incorruptible and has now been summoned to The Hague. In North Macedonia he is a deputy prime minister and a member of the Court of Appeal.
Ore, but who climbed them so high? Were the 'calves' with long necks the hands of slaves and sages? Today, the world points the finger at every Albanian, no one can be called 'as innocent as a slave'; Albanians under those cranes are marked as collaborators.
Albanians have voted for them, Albanians have re-voted for them, Albanians have given and are giving their 'life' for them. Who can say that these are not corrupt? There are those who consider the capture of these sharks by Justice a 'big conspiracy' of foreigners. Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta and Albin Kurti have raised 'weapons' against America and Europe.
We can't be proud anymore.
A few years ago, the Albanians of Albania ate another 'shame with bread': They brought back with a vote what they had driven away with guns. In 2005, after Sali Berisha had raped and killed people (3,000 in 1997 alone), they voted him prime minister again. Then he killed others in his 'courtyard', 26 in Gërdec plus 4 in the prime minister.
