Although we are in December, where a few days separate us from the new year, this looks like the hottest period of the year for kiosks and mobile businesses installed for weeks already in the capital's square, a period of tourist boom, with activities that come alive, etc., but apparently, the tax administration has gone on "premature vacation" since Flag Day, leaving evasion and informality to flourish in every corner of the square.
It is enough to look at the provision of the service or the goods, not accompanied by a tax invoice, and this happens in the middle of Tirana. The result is clear.
The state is being stolen in the middle of the day and already, at the end of the year, we will have a report from the taxes that the budget lacks not a little, but several million dollars.
