From a survey I conducted recently, it turned out (with rough statistical extrapolation) that only 1.1 million voters here are supporters of the two main politicians - Rama and Berisha. Meanwhile, almost 1.22 million voted on May 11 for the lists of candidates selected by them.
On the other hand, around 800 thousand voters here are not supporters of either Rama or Berisha, but only 250 thousand voted for lists of candidates presented by small parties (PSD, Mundësia, Bashkë, Shqipëria Bëhet, Nisma, etc.).
The above figures show that the approximately 450,000 local voters who do not sympathize with either Rama or Berisha do not find themselves in either of the two major parties, nor in these smaller ones.
And as long as a new force capable of absorbing 1/3 of the votes of the local electorate (around 800 thousand local voters) does not appear on the scene, it seems that Rama and Berisha will continue to reign, the first in power and the second in opposition.
