Will the American scheme for the complete liquidation of high state corruption in Albania be fully implemented?
There are three main issues that always concern an independent ethnic group in elections regarding the democratic system that it has decided to create and implement, in the function of freedom; democracy; equality before the law, and the personality of individuals.
I.
What will be the philosophy that should determine the type of state in Albania according to the three classical and modern forms of the state:
Democracy?
Monarchy?
Dictatorship?
But: In function of this philosophy, where does the political system of Albanian society in the Republic of Albania stand today? In the constitution, the political and constitutional system in Albania is: The Democratic Republic, which must be created with free elections for all the people who constitute this state; and always according to the separation of the three powers from each other: legislative; executive and judicial.
This is the axiom.
But the state is very fragile in the function of politics; because in the current politics of pluralistic societies in Europe; the form of the state does not matter at all: monarchy or republic; but only the type of democratic system.

Monarchy or republic as a form of state today, in the democratic culture of Europe, means nothing; because the main question in the function of Western democracy is only this: are free and fair elections guaranteed?
And after this question, nothing else can overcome this as modern democratic morality, because it is understood that, in function of the personal power of a political leader; only free and equal elections can bring about a forcible ban on the instinct of unlimited personal power.
And this is only achieved through free and fair elections. But free and fair elections are a very important process and can only be achieved through free, equal and fair voting.
And, in achieving this democratic system; in the function of democracy; it is fair; free and equal voting that determines whether the elections have been fair and moral.
Well; for all that we have expressed: There are three issues that concern societies that have always created an independent ethnicity, which has created its own state according to this essential question: What will be the philosophy that determines the type of state: Democracy, Monarchy or Dictatorship?

In light of this philosophy, where does the political system of Albanian society in the Republic of Albania stand? And how real is the issue of democracy in Albania today?
In view of this question, we must emphasize from the beginning that: democracy in Albania as a system is still far from the Western level; and its development towards improvement is completely hindered by the personal power of the two leaders of the major parties: the DP and the SP, who are in a psychological block from their retrograde personal strength, which guides them more as an instinct of power than as logic and democratic reason.
And it was precisely these people who then came, one after the other, to absolute power, appropriating personal political power, and violating state democracy in Albania.
Then?
This question is still unknown: Will the American scheme for the complete liquidation of high state corruption in Albania be fully implemented?
She has now started...
And it is done: this will be the beginning of democracy and real freedom in Albania.
