The lists of heads of districts of Sali Berisha's PD have not had a debate or upset in the democrats' circles in the territory.
The only ones who raised their voice, with full logic that this raising their voice is a political signal, were important actors who joined Sali Berisha in his difficult days.
The rest, not even the media supporters, who have been active for years in a strong opposition to the power of Edi Rama, have not even bothered to enter this discussion.
The only ones who agree to participate in the televised discussion on this issue are historical supporters of the right, who, when the PD was powerful, did not depend on them, agree to discuss what they know. And in reality, they are well aware of the environment in which they fought as activists.
And it must be said that the comments or discussions of many characters who during the power or the power of the Democratic Party did not depend on who, as they were called anonymous, in some television panels, mainly not media attached to the clans of Berisha and Meta, were of a high level.
A fact that shows that society, not only in the Albanian opposition, but also within the islands of the old DP, is rational and has not lost its logic.
Meanwhile, PD people who do not leave TV shows, who were attached as Fredi Beleri's spokesperson, try to justify that Sali Berisha has brought the most important people of the party to the main circles.
And in fact, if you take a look at the list of district heads of Berisha's DP, you will see that there are two areas of influence: that of his loyalists, which includes Bylykbashi in Durrës, Tritan Shehu in Gjirokastër, Belind Këlliçi in Tirana, or even Luciano Boçi in Shkodër. The four people close to the doctor have no opportunity to change the situation in their circles. And here we are not talking about the elections and voting, because by then many things will happen, and the situation will change.
District heads are to mobilize and create an active political atmosphere before and during the elections. Professor Boçi in Shkodër, there is no place to start, since the DP structures of Berisha do not exist in the territory, while there is an increased number of pro-DP intellectuals, who are firmly determined to be included in the list of deputies. Of course, if this were to happen, there would be at least an innovation and a refreshment of this elite that has eaten its own meadow.
But the doctor in Shkodër does not need intellectuals who want to become MPs, as his party is not a talent show. He wants soldiers, even those special soldiers who draw blood from your brow. This is really the mission of the professor, who went to Shkodër with correct addresses from the doctor, to "reactivate the sleeping structures", which on May 14, 2023 showed that they are awake and even enthusiastic, but not with Berisha.
Tirana, it is useless to say that all the protests in front of Tirana's municipality have shown it, Durrës is even more dramatic, which was seen, even though Igli Cara's candidacy was the best of all the contestants of the Berisha-Meta coalition.
