I wish that the price of housing for 2025 will suffer a stop or decrease so that they can be bought by individuals who do not launder money, do not traffic in narcotics, do not do serious work in London, Madrid, Amsterdam, etc. They do not give public tenders because at these prices that we have today, families with average income need more than 27 years to buy an apartment, imagine if this trend continues?
I wish that university education gets attention for 2025 not simply by setting up fictitious scientific research structures but by fundamentally reorganizing university structures.
