Renato Sali alias "Renato Çami", considered one of the most well-known names in the world of crime in Fier, is under investigation by SPAK, in a voluminous file separated by No. 75/2.
Such a fact has been confirmed by the head of SPAK Altin Dumani, who during a conversation with journalists, emphasized that Renato Sali is being investigated in a separate criminal proceeding with the file of the persons who have been sent to trial.
In addition to the name of Renato Saliu, the investigation includes Viron Tavanxhiu, and a citizen named Tarjon, from the city of Fier, who turns out to be Renato Saliu's nephew.
All these characters were mentioned in the testimony of SPAK's associate, Skerdi Tasi, according to whom they paid money and apartments in exchange for the murder of Agim Boriçi and Ilir Boriçi, an event that took place in April 2018.
At the same time, the name of Renato Sali was also mentioned in the testimony of Agim Boriçi, who suspected that the armed attack on his bar in Fier was organized and financed by Renato Sali.
On the other hand, Nuredin Dumani, the associate of SPAK, during a confrontation in March 2023, between the associates of SPAK, Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj, Dumani mentions Renato Çami, as a person who wanted not only the elimination of Dokle but also of his friend. Arben Isufaj alias "Ben Qimja".
"...I have something to add to what I said before. I wanted to talk about an issue that has not been discussed at all before. While I was talking to Henrik Hoxhaj one day, he sent me a screenshot of the conversation that Henrik Hoxhaj had with a person named Renato Çami, who was interested in the murder of "Ben Qimes" and Endrit Dokles, in the "Matrix" application. The person gave 1 million and 200 thousand euros for the murder of these two people..." - said the repentant Nuredin Dumani.
But this confession of Duman, during the confrontation at the premises of SPAK, was not supported and confirmed by Henrik Hoxhaj, who added that:
"...I do not accept what Nuredin Dumani just said. I have never talked to him, about these names he mentions...".
The confession obtained through the confrontation procedure is said to have been filmed and audio-recorded, being administered as part of the court file.
Now SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, together with the Criminal Police, are carrying out investigative actions to learn more about the role of Renato Saliu in these criminal events./ OraNews
