The murder of the Judge in the courtroom clearly presents the two sides of the coin of the "new" justice and the rotten State. First, condolences to the family of the late Astrit Kalaja. Secondly, I condemn any criminal act for any reason. Although we are perhaps the only country in Europe and the world that experimented with the destruction of the justice system, even though it was rotten for purely political purposes, so that the justice that was to be built would be finally seized by the underworld of power, the former rottenness of the communist regime under the blessing of the world's chief corruptor, Soros, with the filth that he has "sown" everywhere in every corner of the globe. But especially in former communist countries, this does not justify any criminal act or self-justification.
Unfortunately, Albanian justice is in a total functional and moral collapse. Albanians have never found justice in the courts for 35 years, but have paid to win, and whoever paid the most has won the "right".
Since 2016, Albania has been almost without justice, functional and moral, because out of the 800 judges and prosecutors that Albania had today after the vetting carried out by 27 political cronies, about 350 have remained in the system, among whom the vast majority are rotten scum who should be in prison for the dirty deeds they have done and continue to do, after they "passed" the vetting at the behest of the government and gangs.
The courts and prosecutors' offices were deliberately merged and reduced to only 12 districts to increase the queue, effort and hassle of citizens. Of the 6 appeal courts that Albania had, 5 were merged and all of Albania must converge in Tirana on the only Court of Appeal. The Supreme Court has been almost non-functional for 5 years because the "vetting" was written off to be replaced by rotten people who designed the reform to seize the leading dome of the justice system themselves. 33 years have passed since 1992, and in the span of time, perhaps two generations have left this world without ever finding justice for their rights.
The judges and prosecutors who "passed" the vetting are today dirtier than they were because they have no one to answer to and think they are God himself as long as we have a bastard Supreme Court and Supreme Administrative Court where everyone who is "elected" to these bodies works for their own account to "hunt" for "vacant" positions, which they create themselves to make themselves comfortable after finishing in the Supreme Court or Supreme Administrative Court, as was the case of Naureda Llagami, who since 2022 had been aiming for her place in the Constitutional Court and when she did not achieve it, she "exploded" like a garbage can on fire and filed a lawsuit in the administrative court.
The High Inspector of Justice is a pet shellfish parasite of power and a product of the Soros rot, who in 6 years has not taken any measures and has not investigated any complaints about judges and prosecutors because he is part of this dog shit, which was cooked up in violation of the Constitution in that position, because he was one of the rots that drafted this filth-reform. SPAK, a body with 29 prosecutors who are each paid 100 thousand euros per year and with over 100 OPGJ (BKH), has never dared to strike within the system for 6 years, except for the case of the prosecutor of Vlora and an Anatolian judge of Elbasan who appeared in conversations with the BQ, SKY wires, even though there have been many denunciations or have appeared in conversations with the criminal world through various phone applications.
A justice system that maintains multiple standards for the same phenomena, where corrupt judges and prosecutors seek different measures for the same thieves, and quickly sentence someone to 6 months, while dragging out the trial of another thief for 6 years in a row with the ridiculous excuse that he is on a "visit" outside the State.
One official is arrested for an incinerator and the other 3 are separated into separate files. Some are arrested for 2 million euros of tenders and some are not even investigated for 200 million euros of tenders and 76 million euros of theft as the EU says. Justice urgently needs justice. But this cannot be solved by self-justification. The state and the rotten statesmen must correct as soon as possible this rottenness of justice that we imported from the corrupt chief of Soros employed at the American Embassy, otherwise today's criminal act inside the court is a strong signal that screams for justice in Albanian justice. And this Justice does not come from bullets or murders but from the "killing" of the rottenness that politics itself has created for 35 years in the rotten Albanian justice, because it wanted such people to have it on a chain in the nose to protect its own tail.
