The law approved and incorporated in the Penal Code, should fall strongly on those criminals, who are burning Albania.
The country has never experienced such fires. Fires in Vlora, Saranda, Fier, Lushnje, Elbasan, Shkodër, Lezhë, Bulqiza, Durrës, Korçë, etc..etc. Fires that evoke fear, anxiety, fires that are causing colossal damage to forests, fields, mountains, homes, fires that are smoking coastal, tourist areas, villages and cities. Fires that ignite, and "sprout" as people try to calm down a bit. What do SHISH and other intelligent structures do? The State Police cannot face this criminal situation alone, this situation which requires the mobilization of all law enforcement institutions, to discover, arrest and punish to the maximum, the paid and incriminated persons, who dare and set fires, damaged the country's image, even more so in the tourist season. Fires in Albania, by no means, "fall by themselves".
They have authorship, irresponsible, incriminated persons, paid people, just as there are portals and media that are paid to arouse fear, anxiety, mistrust, artificial revolt against state structures. Be that as it may, even the most powerful state in the world cannot face such a situation, which I would exactly call a war situation. You go with forces and tools to put out a big fire in Vlorë, when "hop" the fire starts in Fier, Lushnje, to "Rana e Hedhun", in Elbasan, Shkodër, etc.
The State Police has so far arrested more than 10 people who have discovered that they were the arsonists of pastures, herbs, or forests. Thousands of hectares of centuries-old forests, fruit trees, thousands of hectares of trees, beeches, pines and olives, have been burned by the criminal hand, of those who are dismissed as "innocent", and who justify themselves that "I didn't think that the forest would burn or the pasture". The law approved and incorporated in the Penal Code, should fall strongly on those criminals, who are burning Albania. Also, the law should punish the parasitic structures of the state, which have "thrown the ball" of detection and punishment, only to the State Police. Albania on fire is once again pleasing the hearts of the opposition. And this happens only in Albania. Instead of condemning such criminal acts, they appear on screens and portals, encouraging the worsening of the situation.
This opposition, since the most terrible earthquake in 100 years in Albania in 2019, came out and demanded the "resignation of the government" without warning. It is again this apathetic and malicious opposition, that even though the state is fighting the flames from North to South, comes out and does electoral politics, with human and material disasters. The SHISH must be shaken, the AMP must be shaken, all the intelligent structures must go out into the field, away from the offices and courtyards of the institutions, to put to work the appropriate logistics at their disposal, to enable the detection and arrest of criminals who they are burning Albania. This situation can no longer be tolerated.
Whoever dares to light fires and burn our forests, villages and cities, whoever is paid and dares to intentionally and criminally drive away tourists from this country, should be in prison.
