And how long will it continue for the Prime Minister of Albania to have no idea what the law and the state are legally?
These days we are hearing popular state theories from Saliu. But it is not just Saliu.
Therefore, the question that must be raised here is this:
How many prime ministers of European Union countries are not well-known lawyers or advocates?
None.
Then?
Ask Rama and Sali to give you a lecture on the theory of the modern state.
But these people don't know at all theoretically what they are: neither the law nor the state.

That they didn't know what the law is and what the modern state is as a legal theory: Ahmet Zogu, Enver Hoxha, Sali Berisha and Edi Rama!!! None of them knew.
Of course, the only exception here is Fan Stilian Noli.

It is the famous Latin expression that solves this historical fact that Albania has gone through: Ex nihilo nihil - from nothing to nothing.
Because such an intellect has been at the helm of the Republic of Albania, from 1925 to the present day.
