What happened last night was a gamble that was played before May 14th: Who wins loses it all, and who loses also. And so the way opens for the return of Lul Basha, who, on March 14, did not leave forever, as he said that he was "taking a step back". Everyone knew it was coming, but they bombed it so much they made it even stronger. Now, they simply pave the way for Basha to return as a warrior in a khaki shirt.
The strong sparks of the quarrel at 3 past midnight, the appearance of Lul Basha in Zelensky's T-shirt through the tovvn halls prepared by the heads of the branches and the crescendo defactoring of the "Union for Victory" are really a normal development, which generally happens in any western country that conducts cyclical elections.
So in thick lines, a process has started within the opposition that lost the elections. A process that has not been carried out in any of the cases in the past since 2013, when Edi Rama's socialists are in power.
And ironically, these days the news man is becoming the one who for two years since April 26, 2021 has been laughed at by those who are considered in the salons of Tirana as "opposition opinion makers". That's when Basha uttered that famous phrase in the late hours of the night, with a dim lighting, and with a cosmological choreography: "The war now begins"! They have laughed and mocked so much in meme panels on portals and networks, but today, it appears that Luli, gallant or not, is appearing as the son of the prophet. Of course, he has changed a bit, he has left the spic suit and is wearing Volodymyr Zelensky's jersey.
But the war in the opposition has really started. In the Democratic Party, a vigorous process has started, which is being accompanied as side effects, with nerves, insults, anger or clashes. Apart from this handicap that was seen last night and this morning near the PD headquarters, where political brigadier attacked the MPs and political reporters, the basis of this process is simply political dialectic. Many of Berisha's media supporters, in the news conveyed by the ugly incidents near the PD's rented headquarters, described the perpetrators of the verbal violence as "supporters of Basha".
Yes, in all likelihood, those who raised their voices against the MPs and journalists are Luli's supporters. But why, did Lulzim Basha have supporters? Until yesterday, they said that no one depends on him, he is the minority in the opposition, he is without any support, etc., etc.
How is it possible that with one appearance in Zelensky's T-shirt, he has defactored the Union for Victory, where Sali Berisha is talking to himself, Ilir Meta has been lost sight of, and the same has been done by all the main names of this political entity that was Edi Rama's alternative on May 14?
There is a possibility, even from the beginning there was more possibility for this to happen. It was quite logical. There was and is no possibility for Berisha e Meta to be revived politically, just as there is no way that someone using them as a springboard can make a career.
However, the spotlight is focused on the Democratic Party, the one they call "of the seal", which has just opened a vigorous political process. Which, apparently, is the complete opposite of the surrogacy process that Sali Berisha started at the end of 2021.
Berisha hid his attempt to take over the Democratic Party, with the so-called "Reestablishment". And in the absence of people from the DP, in the majority it is a question, the doctor took people from abroad to sell this maneuver in the market as a kind of opening. But very soon the trumpet was deflated when Evi Kokalari, but also others were disappointed when they saw that Berisha was simply looking for a headquarters and a group to take refuge in after the punishment that came to him from the West.
However, it was not only Berisha, but also a wide group within the DP, where in the first place the deputies, who have used, even to the point of vilanosje, the term "unification" as it seemed to have been misused. Anyway, it was a concept, an idea, albeit a fixed one, that had Gaz Bardhin, Jorida Tabaku, but also Dashnor Sula and other MPs as spokespersons.

I takon edhe pjesës tjetër, pra Bardhit, Tabakut e të tjerëve, që të elaborojnë tezën alternative, pra atë të bashkimit, duke shkuar degë me degë dhe e diskutuar me anëtarët. Në mënyrë që kur të mblidhet Kuvendi, ata të kenë arritur të jenë dëgjuar dhe nxjerrë delegatët e tyre.
Por problemi këtu është se “ithtarët bashkimit”, penguan me metoda “pak ortodokse” që PD të hynte në zgjedhjet e 14 majit me kandidatët e saj. Ç’ka sipas të gjitha gjasave mund të kishte sjellë shumë më shumë vota për Partinë Demokratike, e ndoshta edhe ndonjë kandidat më shumë se ç’mori opozita në zgjedhjet vendore.
