DP is trying to translate Trump's victory as the end of the new justice

This banal and disgusting language of the opposition raises several risks for the hopes of the opposition more than for SPAK and the new justice.

Luciano Boçi is the one who has articulated in the most honest way what the entire PD hopes for Trump's victory. He sees his victory as a hope that the new justice in Albania will end and all court proceedings against Berisha and his family will be cancelled, including the removal of "non grata". It is not that there is any information about this, but there is an argument that there were hundreds of lawsuits against Trump in the USA and they are closing them after he won.

In short, in the DP's mind is that the Justice Reform in Albania, whose main supporter is the USA and the EU, will now end with Trump's victory.

Bochi's sincerity was preceded by Sali Berisha two days ago, with an unprecedented attack on Altin Duman, the head of SPAK, for whom he spared no personal, humiliating insults to anyone, to show him that now times are changing.

His threatening statements to the chief prosecutor of SPAK are made at a time when he and a large part of the opposition in favor of him are experiencing Trump's victory in the USA as a fate similar to Berisha.

SPAK is even being treated in the public opinion by the opposition as a "declasse" that is related to the enemies overthrown in the USA by Trump's popular power.

This banal and disgusting language of the opposition raises several risks for the hopes of the opposition more than for SPAK and the new justice.

The first risk is that it greatly increases US and EU vigilance against SPAK attacks and their legal and political impunity, creating a new chance of frustration for the opposition in a few weeks when a senior US official declare that one of the priorities of the US policy in Albania will be the support of SPAK.

This will be the first bucket of cold water for the applause that was not promised by anyone for Berisha and the opposition in favor of him. What's more, they see themselves as winners like Trump, while they are many times worse than Kamala with votes.

The second big risk is that SPAK itself, in a proactive manner, strengthens the activity against Berisha and has the right given by the law to look at his role in destroying the evidence in this process, threatening the prosecutors from the window, threatening children to testify before SPAK and also threatening other witnesses who call them at home.

The truth is that Berisha, with his daily political activity from the window and his behavior as a blackmailer of justice, has exceeded any legal norm for his security measure - house arrest. And now it is trying to use this violation of the law as a priority against justice.

And finally, this latest rhetoric of the new justice with the arrival of Trump is a great insult to the President-elect of the USA himself, who is treated as if they have the chairman of the DP section on the Hill Kamez and give directives from the top of Berisha's window.

By creating a fictitious expectation of their troubles, the Berishists in turn are unwittingly preparing a response against their US-EU coordinated expectations for justice reform, bringing their hopes to an end, with their own hands. As always.
