PD has become like that market of used clothes that is usually called the "Gabit" market, where like those merchants who sell used clothes advertising them as unused and unworn goods just to sell them, so PD seeks to sell Berisha to the Albanians as a "new" and "not used at all".
The Democratic Party showed once again that despite the 'unification' of most of the deputies in a parliamentary group around Berisha, there is no grassroots support. On the contrary, the DP base is completely shattered, disoriented and in a chaotic 'centrifugal' movement that brings out the 'fence' of entire contingents of Democrats, disappointed by the current leadership.
The abandonment of the PD dome led by Berisha was clearly seen in the protest of October 7, as the participation was completely disappointing, despite the large amount of money thrown in the districts to provide protesters, through cash, travel and food.
Not counting Tirana here, which remained indifferent to Berisha's call from the top of the balcony of his entire building where he is under house arrest under the charge of passive corruption for the affair of the privatization of "Partizan" in favor of his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
Tirana was so indifferent and non-participating, but also the boycott of the districts, that even Edi Paloka did not hold his nerve against them, as he declared with voice and figure that the journalists should not bother him anymore, since instead of protesting, Albanians have found comfort in coffee. Paloka even called for them to leave the cafe, or stop talking.
While the lack of support in Albania is seen with the naked eye, the end has been seen all this time that the war has broken out in PD and when the 'ownership' of the seal and logo of this party passes sometimes to one hand, that of Basha and sometimes to on the other hand that of Berisha, it is noticed that the internationals continue to remain indifferent to the protests of the DP and the opposition, the imprisonment of deputy Ervin Salianji for the famous "Babale" or the house arrest with all the sons-in-law of Sali Berisha, the head of the DP.
What's more, they have returned violently to the violent actions of DP deputies in the Parliament of Albania by burning chairs and throwing hard objects in the direction of Speaker of the Parliament Elisa Spiropali, or hitting members of the Guard of the Republic, which has brought the exclusion of 24 deputies for a period of 10 to 60 days from parliamentary sessions and committees.
On the other hand, acts of violence, Molotov cocktails and burnings caused by protesters at state institutions, garbage cans, bus stations and above all at the SP headquarters, have been strongly condemned by internationals, whose representatives have appealed for peace, dialogue and cooperation between the parties, in function of the integration of the country in the EU.
Moreover, the reaction came from the only friend Berisha had left and the PD part around him in the German CDU. More specifically, one day after the PD violence in the protest, one of the main parties of the EPP reacted harshly. The German CDU has clearly considered Sali Berisha guilty of inciting violence in the October 7 protest in Tirana.
Gunther Krichbaum, the spokesperson for European affairs of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the Bundestag, underlines that any act of violence is completely unacceptable and completely unworthy of a country aiming to become a member of the EU. Even in his statement, Krichbaum highlights the responsibility of the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, for whom he says that for the charges for which he was charged, he should have been in prison and not under house arrest. Moreover, Krichbaum, who said that Sali Berisha should go to prison for the October 7 protest, as this statement from Germany has been described as a strong slap to the former prime minister who is under house arrest, under the charge of corruption in Partizani file.
Declaring the distance of the CDU/CSU as well as the PPE from the DP and especially from its chairman, Sali Berisha, who is under house arrest. "That is why the next few days will be crucial to see if the party has the power to renew itself. It needs an honest figure at the helm. Just as a democracy needs a strong government, it also needs a strong opposition. Trying to present the best concepts and arguments should always happen non-violently.
The fact that this has not been possible until now is largely the responsibility of Mr. Berisha. He should not be presented as a victim of an allegedly politically motivated process. SPAK, which has placed him under house arrest, is beyond any doubt. After all, SPAK was created under pressure from the European Union. "Given the seriousness of the charges, Berisha would have been placed in custody in any EU country and not in a comfortable house arrest," stated Krichbaum. We fixed these passages to be correct.
Pra jo vetëm shqiptarët por dhe partnerët më të ngushtë nga radhët e partive të djathta evropiane, pasi qeveritë e SHBA, Britanisë së Madhe dhe të vendeve të BE me kohë dhe me vakt e kanë shpallur ‘non grata’ apo bërë ‘hasha’ Berishën, duke mos i dhënë as dorën jo më për ta përkrahur apo për të lëshuar ndonjë deklaratë kundër arrestit të tij, janë distancuar nga PD e udhëhequr nga Berisha, duke deklaruar se ai duhej të ishte në burg dhe jo një ofertë e ‘re’ për herë të tretë për qytetarët shqiptarë në zgjedhjet e ardhshme, përballë Edi Ramës dhe PS në qeverisje.
Për hir të së vërtetës PD është katandisur në atë farë feje, sa tashmë e udhëhequr në terren nga binomi Noka-Bardhi dhe nën udhëzimin e fortë të Sali Berishës, ‘non grata’ funksional, nën arrest shtëpiak dhe një kandidat potencial për në qeli, sidomos pas hapjes dhe të hetimit për ’21 janarin’ ku ish kryeministri demokrat del ‘violinë e parë’ më 21 janar 2011 si urdhërdhënës ndaj Gardës për të qëlluar mbi demonstruesit me pasojë vrasjen e 4 protestuesve opozitarë, pra kjo PD nuk ka asnjë shans as të rikuperojë votat e zgjedhjeve vendore të 14 majit të vitit të kaluar, jo më të pretendojë t’i afrohet pushtetit. Pasi ka një rrjedhje dhe bojkot të vazhdueshëm dhe gjithnjë në rritje të demokratëve nga partia që kanë mbështetur për 33 vite me radhë.
Këtë e tregoi jo vetëm protesta e 7 tetorit në Tiranë, jo vetëm protestat e vobekta javore e ditore përballë bashkisë Tiranë dhe tek ballkoni i Berishës, por dhe sondazhet serioze, të cilat japin një mbështetje në rënie të lirë për PD dhe aleatët e saj, dhe njëherësh paralajmërojmë një humbje të thellë në zgjedhjet parlamentare të vitit të ardhshëm.
Praktikisht PD të vetmen ofertë për qytetarët shqiptarë për të qeverisur vendin në një rast të mundshëm të ardhjes në pushtet, ka Sali Berishën, Flamur Nokën, Gazment Bardhin (Gazi me shumë dyshime pasi mund të akuzohet si tradhëtar dhe një ‘kolonë e pestë’ e SPAK dhe ndërkombëtarëve brenda PD për t’i bërë varrin Berishës), Ilir Metën si aleat të mundshëm në zgjedhje dhe tërë ish ministrat dhe ish drejtorët e para vitit 2013, të cilët u larguan nga pushteti me 1 milionë vota gati 12 vite më parë.
Për më tepër që Berisha është dhe ‘non grata’ nga SHBA e Britania, si dhe trajtohet si i tillë nga vendet e BE e të rajonit, dhe është nën arrest shtëpiak për korrupsion pasiv, por është dhe shumë pranë arrestit në qeli për aferën e “Partizanit”, si dhe ’21 janarin’ e “Gërdecin’. Pra është një figurë tërësisht e konsumuar, e dhunshme dhe jo e ndershme, dhe sipas përfaqësuesit të lartë të CDU gjermane, e papërshtatshme për të qënë një ofertë serioze bashkë me PD që udhëheq për shqiptarët.

And if the Albanians who access the used clothes market have made peace with these merchants, since they buy the goods cheaply, according to their pockets, it is very difficult for them to make peace with PD and accept its offer for Berisha 'fringo new' and 'unused'. Since it is not only completely worn out, but also very expensive for Albania, Berisha, no matter how 'cheap' the Albanian citizens buy it. He has shown how many times he has governed, the first time he demolished the state from its foundations for three days and robbed the Albanians with the "Pyramids" of over 1.2 billion dollars in savings, the second time he blew it up like in "Gërdec", he killed the Albanians in between the boulevard on January 21, 2011 and stole Albania at all times through various affairs, for which he is at the doors of SPAK and the courts.
That's why the Albanians left Berisha in time to return to the head of the DP. Even the democrats, who no longer believe that Berisha is trying to bring DP to power. They are convinced that PD is being used by Berisha for his personal interest and his and his family's troubles that have caught him up with justice. That's why the Albanian opposition is looking for a new offer, rejecting the offer of Berisha, brought back as a new standard, already at the age of 80, as he has tried in 33 years the post of president, prime minister and all times the chairman of the Democratic Party.
