Today SPAK prosecutors are being threatened 'for execution and disappearance'. Threats are those accused of major crimes.
- You haven't killed the prosecutors yet?, I was asked at the rally.
- How..., what do you say?... I was blocked.
- Why don't you kill the judges?
- Why don't you release the prisoners?
The conversation held 33 years ago has not faded for a day. But when I heard a week ago, the same trial on a TV show, I still got chills.
The prosecutor before the journalist:
Journalist: In the 80s, were you an investigator of political processes? A woman claims that she was mistreated by you, that is, she was beaten.
Prosecutor: You did a show about this before.
Journalist: Have you done a political process?
Prosecutor: Zero.
Reporter: What business did you do then?
The prosecutor explains at length.
Journalist: Have you used violence against people?
Prosecutor: Zero.
I waited for the police team to enter the studio with handcuffs ready and the journalist to order "Get the enemy!". Because it is exactly the same, as when the political prisoners were enemies of the system, as today when those who were 'enemies' today have declared 'enemies' those who were not. The inverted classes and the clinging to them remains the worst root that occupies the flow of the river of progress of the society.
As I say 'inverted classes', like old Nurihan... Now they are who they are, then they were who they were. When they did my trial 'why don't you shoot the prosecutors', then I was among the inverted class.
I was in New Jersey, meeting with the Albanian 'lobby', or the political emigration that escaped communism; June 1991. On behalf of the Democratic Party. The trial was for 'political' prisoners.
- Why don't you shoot the prosecutors and judges?
- The judge is not guilty, there is a law before... We are changing the law, I tell you.
-Who made the law?
- The People's Assembly, the deputies of the Assembly
- Why don't you shoot the deputies?
- MPs are representatives, they don't act with their heads, they lead the Party.
- Why don't you shoot the Party members?
The trial of that afternoon with the political fugitives has shaken my life.
It occurs to me: Should I promise them that "Yes, we will immediately shoot them all"? I couldn't even do it for fun, not even enough to get comfortable and "walk away".
Then why didn't the prosecutor of the '80s answer the journalist like this:
"Yes, I was an investigator of political issues" (Although it was not, in fact). The journalist himself, as far as is known, is a product of political issues, but of the then 'lost' wing. Then no 'politics' happens. Just a matter of kandari, then 1 kg. for the investigator's side, now the kilogram has passed from the journalist's side. They clashed, the loser lost, the winner won.
What does 'political investigator' mean? Nothing. Absurd. It doesn't exist. What does political agronomist mean?
What if you return the lost time and put it between your legs like a sheep and judge it today? This would be called 'the most impossible invention', in this world.
"Politicians" of that time have turned into "communist heroes" of the time. Society is afraid of these present, as it is of them. They judge you without a court.
Today SPAK prosecutors are being threatened 'for execution and disappearance'. Threats are those accused of major crimes. I have heard that even on the screens they shout "why don't they kill the prosecutors?". This is the third party, neither those who escaped or were exiled, nor those who made 'political issues'. But rich and menacing.
Note: The prosecutor was Fatmir Xhafa, MP. Journalist, Blend Fevziu of Klan.
