The essence of this debate is political, and here both Berisha and Meta feel quite defensive in the community of militants who are trying to spread an opposition to SPAK.
The arguments used by the head of the Forum and the president of the Freedom Party for opposing the SPAK mega-operation against organized crime, have nothing to do with the special prosecution.
As they talk about the lack of execution of arrest warrants issued by SPAK or the Special Court. Decisions are executed by the police structures. And since we are in the midst of a political war, they could "normally" do it against the police as well. As they have been doing every day for years.
But the political stance was clearly against SPAK. And this attitude really constitutes an argument that is worth discussing to break it down into causes and consequences.
The fact of not achieving the objective has nothing to do with it, since when a criminal proceeding is initiated against a person, that legal act goes forward until it goes to court.
There is nothing if the politician has reservations or criticism about the way SPAK is investigating this mega-operation. So so-and-so has been investigated and the pistachio has been excluded.
However, so far we are not at this level. Berisha or Meta, even though they deal with the aspect of not arresting the persons who have been declared under criminal proceedings, all their attitude is towards SPAK. Bringing it as a pure political argument.
Which in all likelihood will come back and unravel on dinner panels, as a pure advocate against the core of the operation.
Despite the fact that the packaging will be different, it will be as it was said by Berisha and Meta, that they failed to catch those announced under arrest.

While in the case of a politician proceeding, there could actually be militants who believe in the theories directed by SPAK, the mega-operation against the big crime bosses cannot convince anyone.
As the people in the territory know and know the reality much better than the politicians.
If the political position was "support the SPAK operation, but the authorities follow the implementation of all decisions", then normally we would not be in the current logic.
After Meta and Berisha, they are a political pole that wants to create a fable for their supporters that SPAK is the same as Edi Rama. But who doesn't actually believe that, which the polls show.
But what does this attitude mean? Very clear: The great defeat of the 8-year war with the United States of America. Who are today, the strongest supporter of SPAK.
