
Both major parties have a small number of voters today, compared to 2021. But the DP's number is gigantic (170 thousand), while the SP's number is modest (only 40 thousand).
The latest barometer by MRB Hellas & DataCentrum (conducted with 1,600 respondents throughout Albania) showed that 40.5% of local residents of voting age would vote for the Socialist Party today.
With a rough extrapolation of the poll figures, it turns out that around 760 thousand local voters are already casting their votes for the SP today. For comparison, in the 2021 elections, over 800 thousand local voters voted for the SP (but some were confused by the complicated crossword-like ballot and their votes were wasted).
According to the Barometer, 24.9% of local residents of voting age would vote for the DP today. With a rough extrapolation of the survey figures, it turns out that about 480 thousand local voters are already voting for the DP today. For comparison, in the 2021 elections, about 650 thousand local voters voted for the DP (but some got confused by the complicated crossword-like ballot and their votes were wasted).

Another Barometer result highlights this large difference in voter turnout. Thus, almost 95% of 2021 Socialist voters are determined to vote today. On the other hand, only 85% of 2021 Democratic voters are determined to vote today.
