Why does Albania's history transform leaders from promisers of freedom into autocrats, at best authoritarians, at worst, into dictators?
What issue is this? Of history or philosophy, of sociology, of political science? Or of all of them together? If we don't think about these questions, and we don't have answers, how can we analyze the daily news, where can we find what is called the "framing" of the news? Where can we find the logical framework of an essay or a story, or even a novel?
Why does the history of Albania throw out democratic leaders? How does a plane that catches fire throw out the pilot? Why are dictators in Albania psychologically explained? Because they are crazy? Psychopaths? Who in the world has called dictators that except the naive!
Sami Frashëri wrote about an Albania with the political model of Switzerland, who whistled at him? Nobody!
Ismail Bey came with the idea of a republic as a model of government, within a year and a half he was forced to resign! Go away, you idiot, they told him! You are no good!
Ahmeti came as President, within a few years he declared himself king, without any hesitation, he took the crown straight to his head! I am Skanderbeg! – he said! It belongs to me!
They said, either become King and gather our swag, or go away with the others!
Enver came - with national liberation councils and secretaries, he called himself a secretary, but God himself was a stick, and the others were fools.
As a secretary, they would have thrown him in the trash several times, someone whispered in his ear, "Oh Stalin, go to hell!"
Democracy has finally arrived! Don't let it go! Every party, big or small, has at its head someone who has taken over the others and will never come down from the throne!

So this is how our history rejects and fails democrats, and sustains personal authoritarianism, at all levels, at all times.
There are naive people who explain it with the culture of the nation. They even say the idiotic expression that the devil knows where they found, as if a nation has the government it deserves. If you ask them where they read it, no one will tell you!
Emil Durkheim wrote it beautifully, does this expression equate the people with the state? Then why does the state exist?
Leaders start and become glorious!

Sindroma e te pushtuarit . Kur nje popull ne historine e tij kalon nga nje pushtues ne tjetrin sheh tek shteti jo nje perfaqesues apo nje administrator i te mires se perbashket por pushtuesin e rradhes . Kjo e ben qe pervoja historike ne vend qe te kerkoje te drejten e tij , t' a ktheje ne indeferent " nuk kam çfare kerkoj pasi ky eshte i huaj (pushtetari i rradhes) nga unë". Po ashtu edhe po te kishte ndonje pushtetar idealist kur ne momenti qe ben ne kete popull qe nuk kerkon te drejtat e tij ben ne te njejtin kurth po pse per kete popull do te luftoje qe nuk di te mbroje veten e qe me sheh si te huaj . Nga ana tjeter nga pushtimi i gjate çdo individ per te mbijetuar ndoshta ka mesuar te shoh te miren e vet personale te ndare nga e mira e perbashket pra nuk jemi nje popull por bashkesi individesh. Ata qe sotto jane mire i tregojne atyre qe jane me keq qe ti è ke rradhen per te kundershtuar dhe nuk behen bashke due mos e kuptuar qe nere dikush prek te derejten e dikujt eshte çeshtje kohe qe ajo e drejte te vi e te te cenohet dhe ty . Por edhe kjo vjen nga mentre se. Si è sheh shtetin jo si nje institucion qe eshte i yti dhe trupezimi i nje marreveshjeje qe çdo individ ka me te afermin e tij ( pjesè e te njejtit populli ) por si diçka e huaj pushtuse . Dhe nga ana tjeter komunizmi ka ç 'bere lidhjen konkrete te nje individi me atdheun e tij se pari duke sulmuar fene pra dobesuar lidhjen reale te individ me familjen e tij e me tej me fisin dhe identitetin e tij si shqiptar dhe se dyti me ane te çpronesimit due shkeputur lidhjen e tij me token praticamente me atdheun . Praticamente kush ne nje mentre apro tjeter vonon apo pengon keta di realmente te zone vendin e duhur ne jeten e gjithsescilit ben te njejten pure si te pushuesit .
