Third: And between them a dividing line, the violence of the state that separates these two worlds, policemen - good guys who are forced to protect officials on the streets and in the lodges from the thirst for water of the people, the poor do not know what to do.
We are not thirsty for knowledge, nor for rights, nor for art, nor for history, no, no, we are thirsty for water!
Once upon a time, the girl would go to the village well and fill the pitcher and give water to the partisan, but today, the father has to spend gasoline to go fill the unhygienic water canister to I don't know where!

It was not for nothing that Tocqueville said, a people who demand rights must be highly developed. Generally, people demand basic food and then sublimate these as if they were demanding rights.
