But the Albanians now laugh at them.

It is understood that he thinks of instructing the Serbs in politics against Kosovo. But, Rama says nonsense, with which the whole of Kosovo laughs. But he persists in his folly of historical interpretation.

And Albin Kurti, the prime minister of Kosovo, makes fun of them: both Vucic and Rama.
But time is treating Rama and those who came after him as historical vanity. And Albin Kurti is insulting Rama for his delusion, because it is understood that Rama thinks of himself as "the main leader of the Western Balkans". (!)
