Albania is led by prime ministers, ministers and presidents who are corrupt and paid even by the neighbors who occupy the Albanian territories, from Moscow, from Belgrade and from Athens, known as hostile to the history of Albania, from 1912 until today
SPAK is understood to have no strength.
The American policy was wrong: the thieving oligarchs of the Albanian state, who are millionaires and have criminal gangs at their service, cannot be arrested by frightened prosecutors and no internal anti-crime force.
For this reason...
SPAK should have been built with personalities who have the ability to make important decisions;
SPAK should not rely on some timid prosecutors without any kind of legal career, except servility;
American policy should urgently intervene in fixing the legislation for the appointment of SPAK prosecutors and investigators.
This is all that needs to be done, because today all high state corruption is scared; therefore:
American policy should also implement a new legal structure for SPAK and, within this, start hiring prosecutors appointed by high international structures, especially by American expertise in Washington;
and...
Such a structure had to be made in time, because there are many European countries that have done this in carrying out major anti-crime reforms, when crime has conquered the state elite, and one of these countries is Greece;
The American policy must show strong aggressiveness for the justice of the state anti-crime in Albania, because it is seen that SPAK is headed for failure;
The only evidence that elevates SPAK to the appropriate height of history is the initiation of a criminal case against one or several former presidents who are proven to be corrupt;
The only proof of SPAK's historical strength is the initiation of a criminal case against one or several former prime ministers who are proven to have been corrupt.
Por e gjithë kjo veprimtari goditjeje penale në rangjet e larta kërkon profesionistë të nivelit të lartë, shqiptarë, por që njihen ndërkombëtarisht për aftësitë e tyre si prokurorë në Shtetet e Bashkuara, dhe, edhe hetuesë të stërvitur në mënyrë profesionale në Uashington.
Shqipëria sot ka nevojë urgjente për një PURGO të fuqishme kundër krimit të lartë shtetëror, dhe, për faktin që politika amerikane i është zotuar shoqërisë shqiptare për çuarjen deri në fund të luftës antikorrupsion në Shqipëri, tani është koha që të hidhen ide konkrete në këtë luftë.
Dhe ide konkrete janë ato që ne trajtuam në këtë thirrje juridike për drejtësinë në Shqipëri, që duhet të vijë nëpërmjet organeve të reja ligj-zbatuese që duhet të drejtohen nga ekspertiza e lartë amerikane; sipas zotimit që ka marrë botërisht sekretari i Departamentit të Shtetit në Uashington përpara disa vitesh.
Shqiptarët sot janë në pritje të aleatit të tyre të madh për të shpëtuar nga zgjedha makabër e korrupsionit të lartë shtetëror në Shqipëri, korrupsion ky, i cili i ka marrë frymën shoqërisë shqiptare dhe e ka kthyer atë në një shoqëri pa personalitet.

There can be no anti-corruption reform without criminal strikes and modern regulation of criminal legislation
Well, for this Albanian justice reform, everything must start... hic et nunc!
