This protracted political crisis has only one achievement it should really be recognized for: the growth of Big Brother's audience.
The last session of the parliamentary session flared up like an African wave of unbearable heat, but like every year, a week passes over Albania and in the end nothing happens. Lots of words and little debate. Accusation and counter-accusation between fake saints, hypocrites and repeaters to the point of contempt for normal people. The same music for 10 years, where they take the floor with the pathos of the hero, known and proven sinners in infinity. The opposition attacks endlessly and loses the elections as many times, while the majority defends itself by attacking, winning the elections as many times. In short, a disc with a single hit that is sung and repeated by the militants every time the gramophone is turned on. A broken gramophone that we mistakenly call parliament. Where the debate should dominate and not the quarrels or the insults and the duels of the "titans" who are morally nothing but Lilliputians.
For the sake of truth, if you separate the speeches from the speakers, you will come to join DP or SP without thinking twice! They have an ability to fill your mind with what they say, provided you are a fish. So a non-living thing without memory. These lovers of the justice system, only when it investigates and judges the opponents, whenever their files in SPAK are mentioned to them, they turn the tables and call it SKAP in a hundredth of a second with a mediocre mood. This work of part-time prosecutors is not for them. They have plenty of material to resign in the block from the leadership of a dilapidated opposition, from the PD sigla with few members, the re-establishment with old foundations, to the deputies who get up with the "stamp" and get stuck with the pulpit.
Well, they fight in that hall that has nothing to do with parliamentarism, two parties that do other people's work and never their own. Rama and his people, after they have "shined" in the past in defense of their non grata, they now call them the past. And even worse, they want to cover every scandal they produce in industrial quantities with the feats of the previous government, forgetting that the remaining academy of sciences was left to Gjinushi to illuminate the science of history. The majority must answer for its responsibilities, and not tell stories about January 21 and Gërdec. The dubious stories of DP governance, meanwhile, are being investigated or re-investigated by SPAK and GJKKO. The latter do not need proof or new evidence, but simply peace of mind to do their work.
The persistence of political parties in this nonsense is impressive to the point of absurdity. The point is, Marx's axiom that "quantitative changes bring qualitative changes" has been overturned by time. Countless scandals of the government and the corresponding denunciations of the opposition are not bringing any change in the electoral balances. Worse still, the result of May 14 showed that the difference in votes is deepening and not the other way around. On the one hand, the opposition will not understand that its failures are not hidden by the incinerators, the Rraja case or the cancellation of IPARD 3, but by the lack of its reformation. Just as the SP cannot return to the tracks of a normal government for some time, it responds by attacking the last DP government. Practically, the parties have stepped out of their democratic role. First, because they have turned the parliament into an extension of the government and party leaders, due to the constitutional changes of 2008 and the electoral code with closed lists. Secondly, because instead of debating mainly political views on how this suffering country can become better, they add more suffering by messing up the democratic missions they theoretically have. The government must be held accountable while the opposition creates a credible alternative. It is enough to see almost the fight between the two Albanian "Rambos" Braçe-Spaho to understand that the situation is worse than it seems. This protracted political crisis has only one achievement it should really be recognized for: the growth of Big Brother's audience. The vanity of politics has been replaced by that of VIPs who gather to gossip and intrigue for a few million clicks. In the end, Luzi and Kiara promise neither revolutions, nor rebirth, and even more so no bright future for Albania, but simply for themselves. Long live sincerity!
