Pure theft of public funds!
9 million euros every year for waste management in Durrës, occupying the first place in the budget, with 28% of the value, although Durrës is barely mentioned, if not at all.
The same theft scheme as in the incinerators of Tirana, Fier and Elbasan, but transportation must be added to the remains of Durrës.
Despite the findings of KLSH that the Municipality of Durrës has not carried out measurements of the amount of waste it sends to Tirana, but is satisfied with the invoices of the concessionaire, no measure has been taken by this institution, in function of the implementation of the law.
On the contrary, big business knows very well that the cleaning fee has multiplied, just like every resident of the city who has to pay more for this service, at the same time that piles of waste or their burning in the suburbs continue at the same pace as three years ago.
A carefully constructed scenario that started with the "environmental emergency", to be finalized by sending the waste to the imaginary "incinerator" of Tirana.
Nothing new from the remains in Durrës, because thieves steal the same!
