There is still no high-level study of political power in Albania over the last thirty years, after the fall of Communism.
What's going on?
Albania today is a developing country, but its development is coming from the money sent by Albanian emigrants working in the West.
This is a normal method and practice in which the entire development and progress of European civilization has proceeded.
Albania and Albanians are also walking this path, and therefore all the colossal damage caused by the bastards who came to power in 1992 has now been almost completely neutralized, precisely through the remittances that the approximately two million emigrants who are working in the West with Western wages have sent and are sending.
And the amount they are sending to Albania is huge, and it is also maintaining the average level of well-being that Albania has today.
The history of Albanianness, which is expected to be written by high-level historians and political scientists, both Albanian and Western European, has now become a historical necessity that must be respected and completed as soon as possible.
But in any case, an adequate study is expected from the current government and the parliamentary majority to issue a new development scheme for Albania, now that it is in this current political time, together with the Albanian state of Kosovo.
There are two Albanian states today in the Illyrian Peninsula, but there is still no pan-Albanian development scheme, which should be carried out in a political - economic - social agreement with: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Chameria.
Are the two prime ministers of the two Albanian states able to create a high-level group of Albanian and international experts, so that they can structure the complete scheme of future Albanian development: Albania - Kosovo - Chameria - North Macedonia?
