Standard "Dumani" - A serial killer and repentant justice prisoner, talks to his girlfriends online from prison, orders food from restaurants, mainly crudo and shrimp.
Nuredin Dumani, a serial killer who has been convicted of murder, has been hospitalized after feeling unwell after a meal of shrimp. It is not yet known whether he was poisoned or if the meal he ordered raised his blood pressure, but this could be the subject of an investigation.
What stands out in this story is the lunch ordered outside the prison by a repentant criminal sentenced to life in prison who has denounced the entire underworld.
He is the person most exposed to a possible assassination attempt in Albanian prisons. It does not matter whether what he has declared is true or false. They have turned a new vortex of revenge against him, whether as truth or as lies.
The regime of such a prisoner must be special, among other things, for food. Meanwhile, a year ago he became popular with a video of himself in a gym cell, from where he had the opportunity to communicate via the internet and video call.
So, now we have verified three standards in our prisons under the governance of the "Ulsiu Regime":
"Veliaj" Standard - The standard of strict isolation of a pre-trial detainee who is not allowed meetings, telephone calls, or visits without special forces in the hospital, and who is not allowed a computer without internet where he can read the charges they are given on a USB.
Standard "Dumani" - A serial killer and repentant justice prisoner, talks to his girlfriends online from prison, orders food from restaurants, mainly crudo and shrimp.
"Salianji" Standard - A more advanced standard that can implant hair, fix the nose, cheekbones, and buttocks if you want.
Now, Minister of Justice, I'm not saying that Duman should be kept in a strict isolation regime like Veliaj, because that's a sin, nor should he be taken to get his hair transplanted and his cheekbones fixed like Salianji.
But he should be careful when ordering shrimp and expensive wines every day for a criminal who is a fugitive from justice, who dozens of criminal groups want to kill, and if they kill him unintentionally, he will be held responsible as an accomplice to the crime in eliminating a key witness. And let's do the math then, how much money could have been paid for that murder. Far be it if it happened before 9/11.
