Habit comes with the soul, why does Berisha 'cry' about elections in

In an attempt to accuse Rama and substantiate his electoral farce, Berisha took as a reference for electoral management and administration the period of the communist dictatorship, the one he knew best since his early youth.

The DP leader is using all means and means to convince his democratic supporters of his alibi, that Edi Rama did not win but stole the votes. Through manipulation.

Despite the fact that the difference in votes is not small, between the winning SP and the coalition "For a Greater Albania", the majority is a full 320 thousand votes more than the opposition, Berisha is looking for new 'paths' to not recognize the May 11 elections. New "paths" with the same methods that he has used all the times he has lost elections, we are saying!

And he does not stop at looking for alibis for the devastating defeat in the May 11 elections, accusing the government, Edi Rama, the administration, and anyone else who comes to mind in those moments when he is in front of the cameras. This has continued this Friday in his next appearance in front of the media. But to everyone's surprise, Berisha has returned openly, to his habitat where he spent his youth and manhood as a politician, in the era of communism and his spiritual father Enver Hoxha.

In an attempt to show that Edi Rama is so 'black' that there is no comparison with anyone for the alienation of the vote, Berisha recalls with all possible nostalgia the time of communism and highly appreciates the management of the elections by the totalitarian regime of Enver Hoxha, where voting was compulsory at a rate of 100 percent. With grace or without grace, sending the box to the highest peak of the mountain. It was a strategy of communism to show that support for the ALP was absolute.

Berisha remembers with nostalgia this time, which for him was delightful, as he saw the commitment of the entire communist state to vote for its citizens. To vote for the ALP, whose card Berisha has kept with complete devotion for 25 years in a row. While its lessons, inversely, he implemented for 35 years post-communism, working for the Albanians. By all means! Perhaps as he speaks, he can imagine himself as a member of the ALP Politburo, or a minister of Enver. After documents were discovered that he had been proposed as such by the party at the time.

More specifically, the leader of the Democratic Party, in his daily appearance before the media this Friday, once again returned to the old days of his strong communist-contributing youth, as he appeared nostalgic in the electoral narrative of that 'golden' period for him, bringing the events into today's political context, in relation to May 11, the day of the parliamentary elections.

It all started with journalists' innocent questions about why they thought these elections were a farce and whether the DP had evidence to call them invalid and to convince Albanian citizens and internationals that the opposition's claims of the government's manipulation of the will of Albanian citizens on May 11th are true.

And Berisha did not disappoint this time either. In an attempt to accuse Rama and substantiate his electoral farce, Berisha took as a reference for electoral management and administration, precisely the period of the communist dictatorship. The one he knows best since his early youth.

"Do you understand what position I am in today? I feel more motivated than anyone after these elections, the only alternative is to stay first and foremost and if we stay.

The most perfect election administration was only done in a dictatorship, yes, it was perfect. They were honest, they only talked about voting, voting. Since there was no competition, they were aware of that. But they were perfect in terms of administration. With helicopters and the army, they took them to the highest points, filmed them, that's the organization," Berisha said word for word, without any correction.

So for Berisha, elections were fun under communism, when Albanians ran from the crack of dawn so as not to be late to cast their 'bean' for the Party, while at 10:00 in the morning it was declared that 100 percent of the votes had been cast for the Democratic Front and the Albanian People's Party. There were also cases when some 'declassed' refused to vote, because voting against was out of the question. And the percentage went up to 99.999 percent. Rare cases because the 'softening' measures took effect, to return all the disobedient to the right path of the party, which was rare.

It is precisely for this time that Berisha's heart weeps, as he evaluates the voting under communism, showing that 'habit comes with the soul.' Not that Berisha himself has not operated according to this communist methodology every time he has organized parliamentary or local elections in Albania, when he was president or prime minister of the country.

We recall here the elections of May 26, 1996, where in some places the result did not only reach 100 percent of the votes for the DP candidates, but in Kuçova and Cërrik it went up to 130 percent in favor of the DP candidates. Therefore, Berisha is nostalgically reminded of the 'golden times' of communism, now in his deep old age as he leads the DP with a soul through his teeth, which he has promised that as the missionary that he is now, he will lead until the last day, when he goes to eternity. The time of youth and manhood, when he was voting, passes him by like in a movie.

And in this context, it reminds us of some strange and scientifically inexplicable cases that occur around the world and that could explain the frequent return of nostalgia in Berisha. Like that of an old man who, instead of his mother tongue, while he was at a very advanced age, woke up one morning and began to recite the "Old Testament" in the extinct Aramaic language, from thousands of years ago. Without knowing it and without ever having dealt with this language in his life.

So don't be surprised if we see Berisha 'rewind' the memory lane and start talking not only about the good things of the Enver era, but also about the loves that died before they were born, from his early youth, early childhood, or testimonies to his colleagues at the hospital and proposals for their family internment.

Berisha has troubles, even multiple ones, where the troubles of his advanced age that brings him back to early childhood, 'intersect' with the troubles he and his family have with the new justice system where they are under investigation or as defendants, and the confrontation with our international partners, where he once again remains 'non grata' in his family in the US and Britain.

Trouble is not like trouble, so don't pay attention to Berisha. He wanted a 'piece' of the party and a 'piece' of the parliamentary group, just to have them as a shield to face these troubles. He doesn't do any harm, the DP power with him at the top doesn't win no matter what, but Berisha can't even raise the Albanian right to do any oppression. The most he can do is block a road intersection, but he gets tired quickly. Here we will be, we will see him in the assembly like a lamb in September.
