The soldier of Ervis Martinaj, Hektor Xhecuka, was involved in a hostage-taking together with the former president of the Kamez Club, Naim Qarri and 5 other people.
In cooperation with each other, the Tirana Police say they took a 35-year-old hostage and threatened him to take his property.
The serious crimes investigation sector of the Tirana Police has been investigating for at least 3 months regarding the hostage taking of the 35-year-old. The young man was taken hostage for at least 1 hour where he was raped by the perpetrators.
The sources indicate that the latter have asked the 35-year-old for an amount of 70,000 euros. After being released by the perpetrators, the victim filed a report with the police. The serious crime investigation sector carried out proactive actions where it managed to identify 7 people involved in the serious incident.
So far, 5 of the security measures have been executed, specifically: "prison arrest", for Aleksandër Osmani, Artan Pirraci, as well as "house arrest", for Naim Qarri, Sajmir Kolaveri, and Adem Metkola.
Meanwhile, they are working on the arrest of Tori Xhecuka, alias Hektor Xhecuka, and Fredi Keta.
Xhecuka is also wanted on behalf of SPAK as included in the "Revanshi" file. Sources indicate that Xhecuka allegedly fled to Dubai.
He is accused by SPAK of attempted murder against Durim Bami, on November 4, 2020, attempted murder against Hamza Tërziu, provision of conditions to commit murder and possession of weapons without a permit.
