The arrest for the second time of Durim Bami in Dubai made a lot of noise, after it was declared that this time he will be extradited to our country.
"Nikla's strongman" is among the most wanted persons by SPAK and is suspected of being involved in several criminal events. It is even considered a great "asset" if it cooperates with justice. However, we are still not seeing any signal for his extradition.
Bami was arrested on October 28 and was told he would be extradited within days. It has been 10 days and it has not been mentioned as an issue. Of course, the procedures are delayed, but evil mouths say that a great fight is being waged to stop his extradition.
Bami is said to have received orders for murder from both crime bosses and politicians. If he speaks, many important names can be sunk. So the strings are being moved behind the scenes so that he does not come to Tirana.
Even Bami himself in Dubai has submitted a list of names, where he claims that they want to kill him. It remains to be seen if the Albanian authorities will manage to bring him to Tirana, or this time we may have a failed arrest.
Durim Bami was declared wanted within the Revansh file investigated by SPAK.
Bami is accused of planning the murder of Arben Ndoka, Tori Xhecuka and Erigers Mihas. Part of this file is also the suspected collaboration between Durim Bami and former RENEA official Altin Moria for the cultivation of cannabis in Nikël.
SPAK, within this file, demanded the arrest of 50 people, among whom were Durim Bami, former deputy of SP Arben Ndoka, Ervis Martinaj, Endrit Dokle, as well as other characters of the world of crime.
