A serious accident happened this Monday in Greece, where the victims were two women, one of them Albanian.
The 21-year-old Albanian woman and the 68-year-old woman were waiting at the bus stop, when the driver lost control and hit them.
He dragged both of them, while he threw the Albanian 10 meters away.
Specifically, a passenger car driven by a 64-year-old resident of Naoussa, which was headed from Veria to Naousa, crossed in the opposite direction and fell into the bus shelter, at km 6 of the Veria-Skydra provincial road .
"The unpleasant event happened around 10.00 am. The driver of the car passing on the main road of Patrida must have lost consciousness or fell asleep and fell at the stop where the 68-year-old lady and 21-year-old girl were. The lady died after a few minutes and later the young woman also died. Urbani was only 50 meters away and in seconds they would be in it. The car threw the girl more than ten meters away," the president of the Patrida Veria community, Janis Sidiropoulos, told Protothema.
