A tragic accident happened yesterday evening in Italy, where a 27-year-old Albanian died after losing control of the Yamaha R6 motorcycle he was riding.
The serious accident happened in Circonvallazione Oriani, an area in Verona.
According to Italian media, the victim has been identified as Redon Qevani. The young Albanian collided with a tree causing his immediate death. No other vehicle was involved in the event, while the police are trying to verify the exact dynamics of the event.
The suspicions are that the accident may have occurred as a result of the motorcyclist's confusion, speed or engine malfunction. All this will be clarified by the police.
Other media write that over 30 relatives of the victim went to the accident site after the event. It is sad that the young man would soon become the father of a son. The victim's wife was also present at the scene.
The media write that one of the relatives set fire to the motorcycle without revealing the reason. This required the intervention of other carabinieri to manage the tense situation.
