The testimony of the associate of the Justice, Skerdi Tasi, the paid killer used by Henrik Hoxha, Erjon Alibej and Nuredin Dumani, in several murders, injuries and serious criminal events with the placement of tritol, has been disclosed.

Starting with armed robberies of jewelers, the taking of "Scorpions" and a "Kawasaki" motorcycle from Aleksandër Baho (Sakati) in Elbasan, for the beating of businessman Lulzim Masha, the clash of criminal groups in Fier, the cultivation of hashish in the area of Patos and Voskopojë in Korçë, the drug involvement of a well-known businessman from Mallakastra who owns a bar at "Kodra e Diellit", as well as the involvement of Renato Saliu alias (Renato Çami) and the latter's grandson, whose name is Tarjon, in the attack of Agim Boriç alias Aredin Behari.
According to Skerdi Tase, it was precisely Tarjoni who informed Henrik Hoxha about the movements of Gim Boriçi. For this murder and the role of Renato Saliu, Albert Pashaj and Tarjon, Henrik Hoxha has refused to speak in SPAK, ultimately losing the status of associate of Justice.
Boriçi is a well-known name for the police of the city of Fier. Agim Boriçi is prosecuted for 3 murders and 1 attempted murder, which occurred in 1994 and 1998 in Fier. He was sentenced by a final decision to 20 years imprisonment for the criminal offense of "intentional murder" of the citizen Ervin Gjini, on April 12, 1994.
Intentional murder of Edmond Zefi, Eduard Binxho and "intentional murder" remaining in the attempt of Agim Ulaj, which happened on June 5, 1998. For these serious crimes, Boriçi was initially declared innocent by the Fier court in 2001.
Then in January 2008 Boriçi was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment by the Court of Appeal in Vlora.
While on July 8, 2009, he was finally declared innocent, by a decision of the Supreme Court. According to the testimony of Skerdi Tas, apart from Renato Saliu's interest, Agim Boriçi was also wanted to be killed by Albert Pashaj, with whom the man who escaped three assassination attempts in 2017, 2018 and 2019, had a history of financial debt and open conflict in the Court Civil of Fier and Vlora.
SPAK is currently investigating the role of each of the persons involved in these three failed assassination attempts against Agim Boriçi in Fier. In June 2023, SPAK decided to arrest Albert Pashaj in Fier and communicate the arrest measure to Skerdi Tasi and Henrik Hoxha in prison. As for the other persons, the investigations for this case continue.
In this event, according to the confession of Skerdi Tas, it turns out that the citizen Viron Tavanxhiu from Fieri also negotiated for the award of the job with the aim of killing Agim Boriçi. This character is known by several names such as Viron Kabuci alias Viron Tavanxhiu, alias Erion Prifti. In June 2017, Tavanxhiu was sentenced by the court of Korça to 1 year of imprisonment for the charge of "Forgery of identity cards and passports" more than once.
While in October 2020 Tavanxhiu was extradited from Albania to Italy, and is currently serving a sentence of 22 years in prison, after being convicted by the Milan court for the murder of a Tunisian citizen, Ezzedine Hkiri, and the wounding of the Albanian Gentjan Xhepa./Oranews
